Record Foundry is a brand of Good Life Games LLC. This page explains what we collect on this website and why. We don’t sell personal information.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us the payment status and the details needed to confirm your order; Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give it.

Orders

To deliver a report, we keep an order record: the report requested, payment and download status, a Stripe payment reference, and timestamps. There are no user accounts.

Visit measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance without analytics cookies. We also record the general referral category of a visit (for example, “search” or “direct”) and which report-purchase steps were reached, so we can see whether the site works. We don’t store private report links for this. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, these journey measurements are skipped.

Your browser

This site saves a short list of your recent report downloads in your browser’s local storage, so you can find them again. It stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time.

Email

If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to handle your request.

Report content

Reports contain information from public government records as published by the source agency. We don’t add personal contact information to reports.
