These terms apply to the Record Foundry website, its downloadable reports, and the Record Foundry tools published on Apify. Record Foundry is a brand of Good Life Games LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”).
What we provide
Record Foundry reports extract and organize information from public government records, such as City of Austin and City of Chicago permit data and U.S. FDA import refusal records. Each report includes the original source text and links so you can check it.
What reports are not
- They are not official government records and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency.
- A permit record does not confirm that work was completed, that a business will open, or who will operate it. An empty FDA result does not mean a supplier is cleared.
- Source data can be delayed, corrected or removed by the publisher after we collect it. A downloaded report is a dated snapshot.
- Reports are for research and informational use. They are not legal, compliance, financial or investment advice.
Using reports
You may use purchased reports within your own organization and in work you do for your clients. Please don’t resell or republish a report as a standalone product. The underlying public records remain subject to their publishers’ terms of use.
Purchases
Website reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Our refund policy explains when we refund. Tools on Apify are billed by Apify under its own terms.
Liability
Reports are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
